Open up a new explorer and simply type in this URL http://www.whois.sc/domain.com. Fill in the domain.com with the domain of the store. You will then find the real owner of the domain, contact information and the date the domain was created. If the information is not available, it means the owner chose to open a private registration. Hiding certain information from users like us. Normally a good business would not need to hide such information unless….? If you want to look up records of the site in the past you can log onto http://www.archive.org and enter in the domain of store and you will find some information of the site in the past. The stores past can tell you alot about the sites future.

Many WoW stores today are listed under BizRate/Shopzilla, those that created an account with them of course. Great stores today now has a bizrate logo listed on their site providing proof of their reputation. Not only does it provide reviews, but it provides accurate ratings by the customers along with detailed information. If you see the medal, its 1 good way to know the store is in good standing condition and are serving their customers happily. But be sure to read some of the reviews as sometimes the store owners themselves may create fraud information such as rating their site themself and writing fake reviews.

If the seller should decide to not process your order there is not much you can do about it considering the fact that they are overseas and the chinese government does not enforces businesses the same way the US do. If you should ever run into any problems with a seller you can contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The only thing I can say why I would choose a Chinese site is because they can probably offer a better price. But like how they always say, you get what you paid for.
